KOBU Agency is opening the doors to KOBU Spaces: a bright, airy coworking space designed for people who work independently but still enjoy being around good ideas and interesting humans.
Whether you’re a solo freelancer, a remote worker escaping the kitchen table, or a small team building something exciting, KOBU Spaces offers a comfortable and inspiring environment that helps productivity feel a little less painful.
Our open coworking area features dedicated desks available to book by the day, week or month. Expect spacious workstations, ergonomic seating with adjustable features and lumbar support, and a relaxed atmosphere that balances focus with flexibility. Need to jump on a call or have a quick discussion? There’s a quieter corner for that too with a high-top table setup ready for you.
And yes, KOBU’s iconic red sofa is very much part of the experience. Ideal for a break, (or pretending you’re quietly brainstorming!) while staring out the window to a lovely sunset for a couple of minutes. You’ll also have access to practical essentials including a fridge, microwave, kettle and coffee, machine, because functioning adults require caffeine and snacks.
KOBU Spaces: bright, quiet and super convenient
KOBU Spaces is located in downtown Faro, close to the city’s main shopping street and within easy reach of medical services, pharmacies, gyms and fitness centres. Free parking is available within an 7-minute walk, while the train and bus stations are both around 12 minutes away on foot. There are also plenty of cafés, restaurants and a supermarket nearby, so lunch plans and coffee runs are fully covered.

KOBU Spaces is open Monday to Friday from 9:30am to 6:30pm, with Saturday access available upon consultation. Flexible rates are available depending on how long you plan to stay: €18,45 (VAT included) per day, €49,20 (VAT included) per week, or €178,35 (VAT included) per month. All fees include a dedicated desk, access to WC and service areas, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, water and coffee, air conditioning, WiFi, cleaning service, as well as scanner and printer (limited). A reserved area is also available upon request and subject to availability.
